This month the team reviewed and approved an easy read crisis support plan which has been developed by Jill Davies and Lindsay Gordon (Bromley Learning Disability Team). This is in addition to an easy read mental health care plan that was approved last month. These templates are available via the Easy Read Resources folder under 'Easy read care plans'.
