NHS England are planning to introduce a flagging system that will be placed on an individuals medical records. This flag will highlight what reasonable adjustments need to be made to support the individual. They want to hear what information you would like included and what you don't want. In December 2017, Health Education England (HEE) published Facing the Facts, Shaping the Future, A health and care workforce strategy for England to 2027 and launched a consultation to inform the development of a health and care workforce strategy for publication this summer.
